About The Motion Monkey

The Motion Monkey was set up in 2004 by Tony Hughes and Simon Walklate, after graduating in Electronic Graphic Design from Staffordshire University. We produce self-published free Flash games as well as taking on commissioned work for clients all over world.

Our list of satisfied clients include small independent website owners, independent record labels, charities, IT services companies, London based marketing & advertising agencies and one of the biggest theatre companies in the UK.

Lead developer Simon Walklate is a fully qualified Graphic Designer/Web Designer and has trained as a computer programmer. His 20 years of video game development experience started in the late 80's/early 90's producing public domain games for the Commodore 64 and Amiga. Now, that experience has been transferred into producing Flash games.
